MAXSAFE Buys Glycol

Sell your used antifreeze and ethylene glycol

Get paid for large quantities of used antifreeze and ethylene glycol.

Do the right thing for the environment by working with a GREEN Company

Work with an EPA licensed facility

  • End your cradle-to-grave liabilities by working with our EPA licensed facility — once our process changes the product, your liability ends.
  • Eliminate working with middlemen so you know exactly where your used antifreeze is going and how it is being processed.

MAXSAFE has extensive storage facilities

  • We can accommodate your large bulk deliveries as well as smaller quantities.
  • We typically work with bulk shipments of 1000 gallons or more, but feel free to contact us if you have a smaller quantity and we will do our best to help you.
  • We do not provide residential antifreeze collection service.

We accept all types of used antifreeze and ethylene glycol:

  • Normal duty (automobiles) and heavy duty (trucks)
  • Conventional formulations and extended life formulas
  • All colors
  • Industrial
  • We recommend use of best management practices to limit cross contamination. Download our Management Standards.

We Help:

  • The environment - by processing your antifreeze in a safe, state-of-the-art EPA licensed manufacturing facility
  • You - by paying a competitive price for your used antifreeze
  • Below are some guidelines for some of our testing protocol for new clients selling used antifreeze, but please feel free to call for further details.

Sampling and Testing:

  • MAXSAFE requires samples from first time suppliers to be tested for cross contamination.
  • Some contaminants that could render the antifreeze unacceptable:
  • Solvents
    Gasoline
    Brake Cleaner
